Hi.

You have the latest version if the theme is two weeks old. You can check the theme version in themes/elvyre looking up in style.css at the top.

Also, the image you posted is Visual editor, not the Content Manager. The Visual editor came with the WordPress, not with the theme.

Could you also try changing the theme to one of the preinstalled themes, like Twenty Two or something like that and see if the problem persists?

If nothing works, could you please post your login details with the WordPress url here so I can check it out?
