What Danijel want to say is that you can’t send email from localhost without web server installed (WAMP, XAMP etc.).
This is why he suggested that you upload to server and you will be able to send emails.
Because this is HTML template, search functionality can’t work out of the box. There are some workarounds that you can use like Google Search:

Though you will need to customize the appearance of the search field.
