Hello.

The standard procedure of updating theme consists of downloading the latest theme from themeforest, unpacking it and uploading it to the server overwriting the existing files.
The content does not need to be recreated, it will remain as it was before update.

You needed to recreate lists only using this update, not entire content because of the bug in 1.2 version.
