Hi Robert,
Thanks a lot for your response.

The 755 permission was already applied on uploads folder.
What i’ve seen is that the PHP Module had turned to Apache Module, in place of FastCGI.
I don’t know why.
That was the problem, after change to FastCGI, the outstanding image has appeared.

But, please, still having another problem.
Cannot see the revolution slider on home page with Internet Explorer.
Other browsers no problem, but Internet Explorer shows a big grey box, and the loading GIF in the middle, but the slider never appears.
