Try disabling all the unnecessary plugins which are not required by the theme. If you want, you can make a fresh install of a theme because I don’t know which modifications are done to this theme.
I see you are using Elvyre child theme. Try switching to the default Elvyre theme and see if there are any improvements. Your responsive version is not working as it should, there is a text slider in right sidebar which is breaking it apart.
