I have looked at your website and I see that you are missing a caroufredsel_wrapper div before the carousel, and that the structure of the carousel code is not as it should be.
Have you modified any of the code? Also, which version of Content Manager and Elvyre core do you have?
Could you post a login information for your wordpress admin so I can check it out? Make sure you mark “Set as private reply” when sending.
