I have tried what you recommended but the problem still persists to exist.
What we need is for the theme to appear both in PC and cellphone
screen exactly as the demo of the theme you have put in your website.
We showed our customer the demo and he liked it, now after purchasing
the theme, when he opened his website using a smart phone he was
disappointed when he saw a disorganized website which looked nothing
like the demo.
Therefore, responsive or not, the aim is to deliver to the customer
what was advertized as the demo in your website.
We have lost a lot of time and kept our customer waiting for a while
already, so we sincerely request that you fix the issue as soon as
possible.
