Hello.
The sidebar is shown under the content on mobile devices when you set the sidebar location on the page properties to the right. When it’s set to the left, sidebar is shown before the content.
To get the sidebar location on the left, and on the mobile devices under the page content, you will have to modify CSS styles, and possibly the .php files.
