I see in console that Twitter plugin returns this error:

From Stackoverflow thread I can assume that this is problem with PHP version?

Can you check what version you have.
One more thing, can you replace twitter username from “GLE Business Loans” to “gle” – it should be text you see in your browser after “https://twitter.com” e.g. “https://twitter.com/gle“
