Hello Staffelita,

I apologize for the late reply, but in current contact form what is included is not permitted to send .php and .html files due security issues. This prevent hacking your website with malicious code. It’s very easy to hack website if you permit users to send .php .html and other files what are processed by servers.

The best way is to receive normal simple .txt or pdf files instead .php or .html.
