Hello,
You need to do two things. First on page you will use as “One page” create sections and give each section and ID.
Use that when you create menu item. For example you give section ID “about-us”. After that you need to create menu item “Custom Link” and in URL field enter your section ID: “#about-us”.
Repeat this for each section.
