Hello,
Try setting the image size values like it is shown on the image attached.
After you change the thumbnail sizes, download and install the following plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ and regenerate thumbnails using it.
The images shouldn’t be blurry anymore after this procedure.
