Unfortunately, by default, there is no option of adding the Email icon under the social icons because the font doesn’t contain it.
The complete list of available icons is located at the following link: http://pixel-industry.com/freebies/pixons-demo/.
You can manually add the icon by, for example, using jQuery and any other icon font family. Or even by adding the email icon to the pixons font which you are currently using.
