Hello,

Have you changed or added any CSS code in the theme?

Try adding the following CSS code to “Elvyre options -> Appearance – Custom CSS” box:

[class^="icon-"]:before, [class*=" icon-"]:before {
    font-family: "IconFont" !important;
}
