Hello,

I have tried reinstalling the template and all the plugins and the result stays the same. I created another user with admin rights but he doesn’t see the theme options panel either.

Looks like something is wrong with the WordPress installation.

Could you tell me how did you install the WordPress? You’ve uploaded all the files manually or you’ve used your hosting’s software installer?
