I checked the issue and I suggest increasing line-height of menu items. Here is the CSS:

#header.header-type-1 .navbar-nav.pi-nav > li > a{
line-height: 96px;
}


@bravadov This will work fine on your website.

Other buyers should increase the size based on their logo size.
