Well, this is not one-page template anymore. You are now combining one-page and normal template.
The only solution I can see is to write full URLs in those menu items. For example, http://thesmartpoint.net/winmedical/about-winmedical/#investors or http://thesmartpoint.net/winmedical/about-winmedical/#board.
Could you change a few items so I can check it out? There should be no page reload using this way…
