Yes, WPML is a third party plugin which you have to pay, not created by Pixel industry and not provided with any of our themes.
You can still use other free plugins, like qTranslate or Polylang.
Unfortunately, we do not provide support for third party plugins.
If you want to use WPML, you need to disable the current multilanguage plugin.
