Hello,
When you insert a new menu item, e.g. the link “management”, don’t write the full site URL (in your case http://thesmartpoint.net/winmedical/about-winmedical#management) in URL field. Instead, just write ‘#management’.
The site won’t be reloading now once you click the “Management” menu item.
