Tested switching on and off all plugins (don’t have any extra plugins, only theme recommended). When I enter menu Appearence > Customize, sample view on the right side looks ok (3 columns in one row as it should be), but preview still remain the same (one column instead of three). Maybe I will try install it on a test domain outside our internal network.
