Hi Rick,

I tested responsive menu on multiple devices and menu always shows up. Try clearing cache maybe that’s an issue.
Regarding services carousel, I see in console that carouFredsel reports issue:

“carouFredSel: No element found for “#testimonial-carousel”.

Please check that issue maybe that’s the problem.
