Hi,

Theme isn’t tested with qTranslate because it seems that plugins isn’t actively developed anymore.
Last stable version of qTranslate is compatible with WordPress 3.8.1 and after installation lot of Notices and errors are printed on screen.

I suggest that you try Polylang (free) or WPML (premium) that are compatible with Content Manager.
