As far as I can see, your uploaded images are the same quality as they are displayed on the webpage (http://redandblackpainting.com.au/wp-content/uploads/bfi_thumb/IMAG1441-2x72ov6xkjcj6t06tdokqo.jpg).

Also, you are using bfi-thumb plugin, right? Have you looked into the settings page of a plugin for quality settings?
