Hello,

I assume that you’ve enabled Content Manager on portfolio items, and added items carousel.
The only thing I can think of is to use the “Exclude posts” option in Content Manager carousel widget on each portfolio item.

Just exclude the portfolio item (enter it’s id) which is currenty displayed from the widget.
